City Evolution: Cape Town Expands with New Neighborhoods and the Padstal Edition

City Evolution continues its forward momentum, and this week the spotlight returns to Cape Town. This release introduces a new wave of neighborhoods across the city, a fresh Standard Collection tied to Woodstock, and the all-new Cape Town Modular: Padstal Edition.

This week’s Cape Town Evolution Pack is built around expanded property access and collection opportunity. Players will have a chance to receive Collection properties, including properties tied to the Woodstock Standard Collection, while new neighborhoods give Cape Town more room to grow, build, and develop its identity in Upland.

Alongside the property release, the Padstal Edition brings a distinctly South African mixed-use structure to the city. Inspired by the familiar roadside farm stalls and neighborhood stops found throughout the region, it gives players another way to bring local flavor, commerce, and everyday life into their builds.
