City Evolution Expands to Miami + New Mixed Use Structure Debuts

City Evolution is moving full speed ahead and next up on the map is Miami! As part of this rollout, we’re introducing a fresh way to expand your portfolio and a brand-new Mixed Use Structure: Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Clothing Boutique.

This marks a major moment for builders and collectors alike, whether you’re eyeing a new neighborhood, or ready to try out the latest modular addition to your cityscape.

City Evolution: Miami

Our newCity Evolutionsapproach, continues with a focused release of 1,800 properties across six neighborhoods in Miami. While these Miami neighborhoods hold over 14,000 properties combined, this focused release provides a more sustainable pace and accessible entry point for players to expand their footprint.

No collection properties are included in this release, keeping the focus on building and long-term planning. The featured neighborhoods are:

• Edison
• Flora Park
• Northwestern Estates

• Buena Vista Heights

Both bundles will be available in equal quantities in the Upland Store (600 each), with sales running over the weekend. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and reintroduced in a future drop.

The Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Clothing Boutique is the newest entry in our Mixed Use Structure line. Designed in the same modular style as the Cafe Edition, this version features a trendy clothing boutique on the ground floor with apartments above, bringing even more personality and function to your neighborhoods.

Like the previous version, it’s modular, allowing you to combine multiple units into larger mixed-use complexes. It’s also region-locked to North America, with more region-specific versions in development for future releases.
