Dallas Evolution Brings Texas Mercantile to Main Street

City Evolution returns to Dallas with a little Texas storefront character and another opportunity to grow your place in the city. This week’s signature structure, Main Street Modular Apartments: Texas Mercantile General Store, brings a classic general-store theme to the modular lineup, giving your next neighborhood build a distinctly local touch.
With 100 Standard Packs and 300 Deluxe Packs available, this release pairs property access with a new building opportunity. Deluxe Packs also include a 10% chance of receiving a property in the existing White Rock Hills Limited Collection.
Neighborhoods
No new neighborhoods are opening in this release. Pack properties come from Dallas’s existing footprint.
Collections
The White Rock Hills Limited Collection is already published. This release does not introduce a new Collection.
Each Dallas Deluxe Pack has a 10% chance of containing a White Rock Hills Collection property. Collection properties are not guaranteed in every Deluxe Pack.

Both Dallas Evolution Packs will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.
