Seattle Evolution Makes Waves With The Salty Anchor

City Evolution returns to Seattle with three new neighborhoods, a new Limited Collection, and a signature storefront built for the waterfront spirit of the Emerald City. Mainstreet Modular: The Salty Anchor Marine Supply brings a marine-supply theme to the modular lineup, giving Seattle builders a fresh way to add local character to their city blocks.
With 100 Standard Packs and 300 Deluxe Packs available, this release opens new property access across Portage Bay, Mann, and Broadway. Both pack types also include a chance to receive a Collection property, while Deluxe Packs bring the new signature structure into the mix.

Three new Seattle neighborhoods are opening in this release:

Together, these neighborhoods expand Seattle’s playable footprint and give players more places to claim property, grow their portfolios, and shape the city’s next chapter.
Collections
This release introduces the new Broadway Limited Collection, giving Seattle collectors a fresh target in one of the newly opened neighborhoods.
The Seattle Standard Pack has a 10% pack-level chance of containing a Collection property, while the Seattle Deluxe Pack has a 30% pack-level chance. A Collection property is not guaranteed, and these odds do not guarantee a Broadway Collection property specifically.

Both Seattle Evolution Packs will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.
