Arlington Evolution Steps Up To The Plate With Sandlot Sporting Goods
October 23, 2026
City Evolution returns to Arlington with limited property access, an existing Limited Collection target, and a signature modular structure built around the city’s baseball spirit. East Coast Modular Apartments: Sandlot Sporting Goods brings a hometown sporting-goods theme to the modular lineup, giving Arlington builders a fresh way to add character to familiar city blocks.
With 100 Standard Packs and 300 Deluxe Packs available, this release is focused on building deeper within Arlington’s existing footprint. Deluxe Packs carry a 30% pack-level chance of containing a property from the existing Central Limited Collection and include the signature Sandlot Sporting Goods structure.
Neighborhoods
No new Arlington neighborhoods are opening with this release. Properties in both pack tiers come from the city’s existing footprint, keeping the focus on adding depth to established blocks rather than unlocking new territory.
Collections
No new Collection is being introduced. The Central Limited Collection is already published and remains the Collection target for the Arlington Deluxe Pack’s 30% pack-level chance.
The Arlington Standard Pack does not include a Collection-property chance in this release. A Collection property is not guaranteed in a Deluxe Pack.
Details
Both Arlington Evolution Packs will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store.

East Coast Modular Apartments: Sandlot Sporting Goods brings ballpark spirit to the block. Picture Uppies debating yesterday’s game, swapping baseball stories, and showing off a well-worn glove as they make their way through the neighborhood. Its baseball sporting-goods theme gives Arlington builders a lively, lived-in piece of local character for their modular streetscapes.
Like other modular structures, it supports flexible building and long-term customization, giving players more ways to develop city blocks while preserving a strong sense of place and regional identity.
This signature structure is exclusive to the Arlington Deluxe Pack in this release.
Looking Ahead
This Arlington Evolution release is about building depth in a city players already know. With property access across the existing footprint, a chance at the Central Limited Collection in Deluxe Packs, and Sandlot Sporting Goods adding baseball spirit to the modular lineup, players have another way to shape Arlington blocks with local character.
