Blossom Season 2026: Gamified Earnings, Completionist Reward, and the Collector Score Challenge

Spring has arrived, and Blossom Season is officially underway in Upland. Life is literally blooming across the map, and with it comes a fresh round of Gamified Earnings missions, a brand-new Completionist Block Explorer, and the return of the Collector Score Challenge.

Gamified Earnings: Blossom Season Missions

Gamified Earnings return with the same proven structure. Complete missions throughout the season to boost your property earnings heading into the next one. The more missions you finish, the higher your yield multiplier climbs.

This season includes two season-long missions and weekly missions announced each Monday.

Season-Long Missions

This season, Residents and Influence Score return as active parts of mission objectives, and it’s no coincidence. These mechanics are foundational to the direction Upland is heading, and Blossom Season gives everyone the chance to get more familiar with them.

This season includes two season-long missions:

  1. Net at least +1 Increase in Influence Score
  2. Net at least +1 Increase in Residents

These two missions run for the entire duration of Blossom Season. A snapshot was taken on Wednesday, April 1 at 9 AM PT, and a final snapshot will be taken on Friday, May 15 at 9 AM PT.

These two missions count toward the 10 total available this season.

We’re keeping things simple on purpose, this is just the beginning. These features will matter more in future seasons as we transition our focus more towards residents tied to gamified earnings. This gives everyone a chance to get comfortable, test them out, and prepare for future seasons.

Weekly Missions

Along with the two new season long missions, Weekly missions return because earning boosts should be earned, not stumbled into by chance. This format rewards the most active players, those who plan, log in, and put in the effort to complete each mission on time. If you’re committed to chasing the highest yields, you should get them.

Weekly missions make sure that only those truly engaged can reach the top.

  • New Missions Announced each Monday
  • New missions begin every Tuesday at 9 AM PT.
  • The completion deadline is the following Tuesday at 7 AM PT.
  • Only the current week’s two missions can be completed, missed missions cannot be recovered.

Week 1 Missions (April 7 — April)

  1. Blossom Decorator — Decorate 10 structures with Blossom Season Ornaments.
  2. Builder’s Spring — Begin construction on 3 different Service Structures anywhere in Upland.

Each structure must be built on a unique property for a total of 3 structures on 3 different properties.Only the latest built structure counts.

Note: Only progress made during the mission window will count toward completion.

Why Complete Missions?

Completing missions boosts your future property earnings. The more you complete, the more your yield multiplies in the next season:

Complete any 5 of the 10 missions to earn a 14.7% yield

Complete all 10 missions for the maximum 15.2% yield

How Gamified Earnings Work

The earning increase in Upland is structured around the completion of tasks, providing a clear incentive for player activity and engagement through a series of tiered rewards:

1 Task Complete (1.2x): 5.88% annual earning

2 Tasks Complete (1.5x): 7.35% annual earning

3 Tasks Complete (2x): 9.8% annual earning

4 Tasks Complete (2.5x): 12.25% annual earning

5 Tasks Complete (3x): 14.7% annual earning

10 Tasks Complete (3.1x): 15.2% annual earning, the highest tier

Gamified UPX earning introduces a forward-looking reward system where tasks completed in the current season determine the UPX earnings for the following season.

For example, tasks completed during Blossom Season will set the earning rate for the upcoming Genesis Season. Similarly, activities undertaken in Genesis Season will influence earnings for the next season, and so on.

A Badge for the Best of the Best

The Completionist Badge, an exclusive reward for players who complete all gamified earnings missions in a season.

This badge is the ultimate mark of dedication and consistency. It’s not just about earnings, it’s a statement. Wear it with pride and show the community that you don’t just play the game, you complete it.

Blossom 2026 Completionist Block Explorer

Introducing Budley the Ground Breaker, a small sprout with a big shovel and an even bigger heart, celebrating life coming to Upland this Blossom Season.

If you burn and activate your Season Pass and complete all Gamified Earnings missions (Wildcard included if needed), you will receive this exclusive Block Explorer at the end of the season.

This is a permanent reward that shows you did not just join the season, you finished it. Budley the Ground Breaker also contributes to your Blossom Season Collector Score.

Blossom Season Collector Score Challenge

Think you have got what it takes to be one of Upland’s elite collectors? The Blossom 2026 Collector Score Challenge is your chance to prove it. This season-long competition tracks your progress across exclusive collectibles released during Blossom, rewarding those who go all-in on building their collection.

What is the Collector Score?

The Collector Score is a system that evaluates your collection of Block Explorers, Season Passes, City Passes, and Badges. By holding these collectibles, you’ll earn points and establish your status as a top-tier Upland collector.

Note: Burned items do not count toward your score, so keep those valuable assets safe!

This system is still in open beta, meaning it exists outside the Upland platform for now, with leaderboards tracking all players’ collections. Our goal is to refine and eventually integrate it directly into the game.

There are two ways to prove your collector prowess:

Seasonal Leaderboard

  • Resets every six weeks with the start of a new Upland season.
  • Tracks collectibles released during that specific season to encourage active engagement.
  • Rewards are given at the end of the season based on final standings.
  • In case of a tie, the first player to reach the points total secures the higher position.

All-Time Leaderboard

  • Tracks your cumulative Collector Score over time.
  • Highlights overall prestige and long-term dedication to collecting.
  • Rewards consistency and deep engagement with the Upland ecosystem.
