City Evolution returns to Buenos Aires with three new neighborhoods, three new Collections, and a new reason to keep building. The South America Modular Apartments: Two Can Tango Bar Edition joins the lineup as another middle section, giving players a new piece to expand their South America modular developments.

With 100 Standard Packs and 300 Deluxe Packs available, both options offer a 50% chance of receiving a Collection property. Whether you are growing your Buenos Aires footprint, chasing a new Collection, or adding to your modulars, this release gives you a few different ways to make your next move.
