Cape Town Evolution Brews Up Six New Neighborhoods

City Evolution returns to Cape Town with six new neighborhoods, fresh property access, and a signature modular structure shaped by the city’s cafe rhythm. Cape Town Modular: Cafe Edition brings the easy energy of a neighborhood coffee stop to the modular lineup, giving Cape Town builders a warm way to add more everyday character to their city blocks.

With 100 Standard Packs and 300 Deluxe Packs available, this release opens new property access across Thornton, Century City, Windermere, Townsend Estate, Sanddrift, and Marconi Beam. Both pack types carry a pack-level chance of containing a property from the existing Woodstock Standard Collection, while Deluxe Packs include the signature Cafe Edition structure.

Six new Cape Town neighborhoods are opening in this release:

Collections

No new Collection is being introduced. The Woodstock Standard Collection is already published and remains the Collection target for this release.

The Cape Town Standard Pack has a 10% pack-level chance of containing a property from the existing Woodstock Standard Collection. The Cape Town Deluxe Pack has a 17% pack-level chance. A Collection property is not guaranteed, and these are pack-level odds rather than independent rolls for each property.
