City Evolution: Dallas Expands Into New Territory

City Evolution continues its forward momentum, and this week the spotlight turns to Dallas. This release brings two neighborhoods into focus, unlocking previously held properties and introducing a new collection alongside a brand-new structure for players ready to invest in one of the fastest-growing cities on the map.

We are unlocking previously locked properties in Dallas and introducing a brand-new structure: the Main Street Modular Apartments: Fashion Boutique Edition. More details on this structure will be shared ahead of the sale.

With thoughtful pacing, a new collection, and two bundle options, this drop is designed to support sustainable growth and a stronger sense of place for players and for the Uppies who call Dallas home.

White Rock Hills returns after its debut in a previous evolution pack, while Lakewood arrives for the first time. Together, these neighborhoods expand the eastern side of Dallas, creating new corridors for development and fresh territory for players to claim.

This collection is available for players who own qualifying properties in the White Rock Hills neighborhood.

Details

Both bundles will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store, with sales running over the weekend. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.

The Main Street Modular Apartments bring a fresh layer of residential life to the neighborhoods where they are placed. Like all Main Street Modular structures, these apartments are fully modular, meaning they can be stacked and combined with other Main Street variants to create unique multi-story developments. This structure line is available across North American cities.
