City Evolution rolls on, and this week the focus is on Queens. The entire city is already open, so this release is about filling in the gaps, unlocking previously locked properties across existing neighborhoods and giving players new opportunities to build in one of New York’s most diverse boroughs.

This drop also introduces the East Coast Modular Apartments: Barbershop Edition, a brand new regional modular structure built for the East Coast. Every neighborhood needs a good barbershop, and Uppies in Queens have been waiting for one that matches the energy of the borough.

With two bundle options and fresh inventory hitting the market, this is a chance to grab a foothold in Queens before the good spots are gone.

All properties in this release are located in already opened neighborhoods across Queens. No new neighborhoods are being introduced in this drop.

Like all Modular structures, this build is fully modular, ideal for stacking and combining into larger, customized builds. This structure is region-locked to East Coast cities.
