City Evolution: Seattle Opens Minor and Montlake

City Evolution continues this week with a return to Seattle. This release introduces two new neighborhoods, Minor and Montlake, giving players fresh opportunities to expand their footprint in one of Upland’s most distinctive cities.

We’re also excited to introduce the new Main Street Modular Apartments: Pier Pressure Fish Market Edition!

Neighborhoods

For this release, we are introducing two new neighborhoods in Seattle.

• Minor. A central Seattle neighborhood with strong city energy, close connections to nearby cultural districts, and a mix of residential and commercial character. Its arrival gives players another well-positioned area to explore, collect, and build around.
• Montlake. A scenic neighborhood known for its residential feel, waterfront proximity, and connection to some of Seattle’s most recognizable local landmarks. Montlake adds a quieter, more neighborhood-driven layer to Seattle’s expanding Upland footprint.

Collections

This release also introduces two new Collections.

• Broadway E: (Exclusive Collection) Own 3 properties on Broadway E.
• Federal Ave E: (Limited Collection) Own 3 properties on Federal Ave E.

Collection properties will only be available in the Deluxe bundle for this release, with a 20% chance to receive a collection property.
