City Evolution continues its forward momentum, and this week the spotlight turns to Singapore. This release introduces five new neighborhoods: Toa Payoh, Marine Parade, Bishan, Serangoon A, and Novena. It also brings the new Southeast Asia Modular Apartments: Hawker Center Edition, a modular structure inspired by the community energy, local flavor, and everyday street life that make Singapore’s hawker centers so iconic.

This week’s Singapore Evolution Pack keeps the focus on property access, collection opportunity, and building. With five new neighborhoods entering Upland and a new Standard Collection tied to Serangoon A, players will have fresh ways to expand their footprint in one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting cities.

Neighborhoods

For this release, we are introducing five new neighborhoods in Singapore.

Toa Payoh. One of Singapore’s most established residential towns, bringing a classic neighborhood feel and fresh territory to the city’s growing Upland footprint.

Marine Parade. A coastal district with strong East Coast character, connecting city life with seaside energy and giving players another distinctive area to explore.

Bishan. A central, highly connected neighborhood that adds another strong residential anchor to Singapore’s continued expansion.

Serangoon A. A vibrant neighborhood and the focus of this release’s new Standard Collection, giving collectors a clear target as Singapore opens further.

Novena. A polished central district known for its city access and residential appeal, adding another recognizable area to the Singapore map.

Together, these additions give Singapore a broader footprint and more room for players to help shape what comes next.
