Cold Cuts, Hot Plates, and Match Points
April 16, 2026

The Service Structures return this week, and the lineup covers three of the best reasons to visit any neighborhood: great sandwiches, a packed dinner spot, and a court where rivalries get settled the right way. Blossom Season is in full swing, and these three builds fit right into the kind of neighborhoods that keep Uppies coming back all season long.
New Service Structures will be available from Wednesday, April 15 at 9 AM PT through Wednesday, April 22 at 9 AM PT. As always, all structures are available to players with Uplander status and above. No registration is required.
New Service Structures
This week’s Service Structures bring food and competition to the forefront. Two dining spots that anchor any block with foot traffic, and a sports build that gives the neighborhood something to rally around. Residents who have been waiting for the right pieces to round out a district, this is the week.
Delicatessen Shop
Every neighborhood needs that one counter where Uppies can grab a stacked sandwich, argue about the best mustard, and eat standing up because sitting down would waste valuable scouting time. The Delicatessen Shop is small, fast, and always has a line out the door. The kind of spot that turns a quiet block into a lunch destination and keeps foot traffic steady all day. (Essentials, 4 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 13,950
Price: $4.99

Mexican Restaurant
The Mexican Restaurant brings color, flavor, and energy to any block it touches. This is the spot where Uppies go for long dinners, loud conversations, and plates big enough to feed the whole crew. Tacos, burritos, fresh salsa, and the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to stay for one more round. If your neighborhood has been missing a dinner anchor, this is the build that fills the gap. (Entertainment, 6 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 17,550
Price: $6.99

Tennis Court
The biggest build in this week’s drop, and it is built for competition. A full outdoor court with proper lines, nets, and enough space for Uppies to run singles, doubles, or just rally back and forth until someone finally admits they lost. Every neighborhood benefits from a spot that brings people outside, and the Tennis Court delivers that energy from morning warmups to evening matches. The kind of structure where friendly games stop being friendly by the second set. (Essentials, 27 Service Units)
Spark Hours: 46,350
Price: $9.99

Whether you are building out a foodie strip, a neighborhood hub, or a sports district, this week’s bundlesgive you the pieces to make it happen. All three structures are available for one week only on the weekly schedule, so plan your builds accordingly.
Keep shaping the neighborhoods that bring Uppies home.
