The experiences coming from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM partnership blend Upland’s real-world metaverse, Legits collectibles, Outdoor Decor, community-based challenges, and amazing moments from all 32 national teams participating in FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. We’re also introducing new collectibles of legendary video highlights from FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM matches.
As an epicenter of the action, we’ll open the World Cup Village in Qatar. Here, players will explore eight unique FIFA World Cup Shops as well as Lusail Stadium – the first Monument in Upland!
This is a multi-year partnership starting with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. The partnership gamifies FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM experiences you’ll only find in Upland. Now Uplanders and football fans around the world have a whole new way to enjoy the biggest sports tournament in the world!

The World Cup Village in Upland’s Qatar will welcome fans from all 32 countries (and beyond). In the World Cup Village, players will visit Lusail Stadium and the eight unique shops loaded with FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM items for every match. Also, World Cup Shops in four additional cities, including Rio, Detroit, Los Angeles, and Queens, will offer unique items for those looking for a little FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM excitement outside of Qatar.
Note: Qatar is not a traditional city opening like we’ve seen with other Upland cities. Properties will not be openly available for minting.
