City openings and expansions are always an exciting time for Uplanders as they have the opportunity to grow their property portfolios in new and existing cities. Now, dedicated players will be glorified for their success and devotion during these events.

That's where Mint Masters comes in. Mint Masters consists of four different activities that players can engage in during the first three hours of every city opening and expansion, giving them the chance to compete and earn exclusive badges.

The first Mint Masters actually took place during the London expansion. As a result, participants who achieved victory in any of the activities without realizing it during the London expansion will receive their Mint Masters Badge.

What are the Mint Masters activities? 

In future city openings and expansions, players can engage in four different Mint Master activities. In order to win a badge, you will need to be among the top three players in each activity. The time frame for these activities is limited to the initial three hours when a city opens or expands. It's important to note that these activities are exclusive to the first minting of each property, and secondary market transactions will not qualify for any of these activities.

Here are the four different Mint Master Activities and Badge rewards for the players who fit into the categories: 

Pioneer

Owners of the first three properties minted will be awarded the Pioneer Badge.

Top Minter

The three players who mint the highest number of properties will earn the Top Minter Badge.

Big Fish

Owners of the three largest properties will receive the Big Fish Badge.

Cosy

Players who mint the three smallest properties will be granted the Cosy Badge.

Additional Mint Masters Details 

Earning Mint Master Badges

• Each player can earn a maximum of one badge for each activity during the same city release or expansion.
• If a player achieves a top-three placement in the same activity multiple times within the same city release or expansion, any duplicate badge rewards they would receive will instead be given to the next qualifying player.

Evolving Mint Master Badges

• If a player wins the same Mint Master Badge in different city releases and expansions, the Badge will be replaced with a more evolved upgraded version. This upgrade will reflect the player's expertise in the activity.

Tiebreakers

• In case of a tie, the Upland Team will randomly select the winner through a drawing for the Badge reward.
