We’re continuing the City Evolution rollout with our next featured neighborhood: Kyle Canyon in Las Vegas, and with it, the debut of a brand-new Mixed Use Structure: Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Pub Edition.
This evolution offers players a fresh opportunity to grow their portfolios, complete a new standard collection, and add a lively new modular building to their cities.
City Evolution: Kyle Canyon, Las Vegas
As part of our new City Evolutions approach, we’re opening up 1,800 properties in Kyle Canyon, a small portion of the neighborhood’s 6,000+ total properties. This focused release allows for easier access, better pacing, and a more sustainable way to explore and expand existing cities.
This neighborhood is also tied to a new standard collection: Own 3 properties in the Kyle Canyon neighborhood.

Both bundles will be available in equal quantities in the Upland Store (600 each), with sales running over the weekend. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and reintroduced in a future drop.

The Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Pub Edition is the newest entry in our Mixed Use Structure line. Designed in the same modular style as the Cafe Edition, this version features a lively bar or pub on the ground floor with apartments above, bringing even more personality and function to your neighborhoods.
Like the previous version, it’s modular, allowing you to combine multiple units into larger mixed-use complexes. It’s also region-locked to North America, with more region-specific versions in development for future releases.
