Sizzle Season 2026: Turn Up the Heat

Sizzle Season is here, bringing six weeks of collectibles, challenges, and rewards to Upland. From developing properties and building across your neighborhoods to trading, collecting, and taking on season activities, every part of Upland gives you another way to make this season count.

Sizzle Season 2026 runs from Saturday, August 1 through Tuesday, September 15. At the center of it all is the Sizzle Season Pass, your entry point to weekly cosmetic drops, a season badge, a Gamified Earnings safety net, and the chance to complete the ultimate Sizzle collection.

As always, Season Passes and Badges contribute to both your Seasonal and All-Time Collector Score, giving every unlock lasting value beyond the season itself.

Sizzle Season Pass: One Burn Unlocks the Season

The Sizzle Season Pass is built to be simple. Buy the pass, burn it to activate, and you are set for the season. One burn makes your account eligible for all future weekly Sizzle drops, adds a season-specific badge to your profile, and starts your Sizzle collecting journey.

There is no separate level track to grind through inside the pass. Your progression comes from staying active, collecting the weekly rewards, completing Sizzle activities, and assembling the four character collectibles needed for the Sizzle Fusion Pass.

Activate Once, Collect All Season

Each week, Upland takes a snapshot of eligible players at 7:00 AM PT on Tuesday. To receive that week’s cosmetic drop, your Sizzle Season Pass must be activated by burning it before the snapshot.

You only need to burn one pass for the entire season. Once activated, your account remains eligible for all subsequent weekly cosmetic drops. The earlier you activate, the more of the complete Sizzle collection you can secure.

Weekly rewards are tied to your account after they are delivered. Missing a weekly snapshot means missing that week’s drop, so activate before the first snapshot you want to qualify for.

Mission Wildcard Token: Protection for Completionists

Every burned Sizzle Season Pass includes a Wildcard Token for Gamified Earnings Completionists. If you stay active throughout the season but miss exactly one weekly Gamified Earnings mission, the Wildcard automatically fills that single gap at the end of the season and keeps you eligible for the Completionist Block Explorer reward.

The Wildcard protects a Completionist run. It does not replace the work required to earn general Gamified Earnings rewards.

How It Works:

  • Included with every burned Sizzle Season Pass
  • Applies only to weekly Gamified Earnings missions
  • Automatically activates if you miss exactly one weekly mission
  • Does not apply to season-long Residents or Influence missions
  • Does not count toward the five-mission minimum for general Gamified Earnings rewards
  • Can be used only once

Think of it as a safety net for players who show up all season but need a little protection when one week gets away from them. Full Sizzle Gamified Earnings requirements and rewards will be covered in the separate Gamified Earnings announcement.

Complete the Collection and Earn the Sizzle Fusion Pass

The Sizzle Fusion Pass is the season’s ultimate collector reward. To qualify, assemble all four unique Sizzle character collectibles and make sure they are recorded in your account when the Fusion snapshot is taken.

Whether you keep the characters in your wallet or burn them, all four must be associated with your account at snapshot time. You must then maintain the qualifying collection for at least 24 hours after the snapshot so eligibility can be verified.

Fusion Pass Snapshot: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT
Requirement: All four unique Sizzle characters must be in your account at snapshot time
Hold Time: Keep the complete qualifying collection in your account for at least 24 hours after the snapshot

The snapshot is final for Sizzle Fusion Pass qualification. Any character added to your account after 9:00 AM PT on September 8 will not count toward the Sizzle Fusion Pass for this season.

Once eligibility has been verified, qualifying players will receive the Sizzle Fusion Pass, adding another collectible to their account and another boost to their Season Collector Score.

The Sizzle Season Pass turns one simple activation into a season-long collecting experience. Burn your pass, stay eligible for the weekly drops, use the Wildcard as protection for your Completionist run, and bring all four characters together before the Fusion snapshot.
