City Evolution returns to Stockton this week with a fresh reason to build in the heart of California’s Central Valley. Stockton is already open, so this release focuses on adding new property opportunities, another shot at Collection properties, and the all-new Mainstreet Modular Apartments: Farmer Supply Editions.
This week’s Stockton Evolution Pack gives players another way to enter or expand in the city without opening any new neighborhoods. With 250 Standard Packs and 350 Deluxe Bundles available, players can grow their Stockton footprint while the Deluxe Bundle brings a 10% chance of receiving a Collection property and an exclusive farm supply storefront structure.
Neighborhoods
No new neighborhoods are opening with this release. Stockton is already open, and all properties included in these packs come from the city’s existing footprint.
Collections
The Stockton Deluxe Bundle has a 10% chance of containing a Collection property.
Collection properties are not guaranteed in every Deluxe Bundle. The Stockton Standard Pack does not include a chance to receive a Collection property.

Both Stockton offerings will be available in limited quantities in the Upland Store. Unsold properties will be removed at the end of the sale and may be reintroduced in a future drop.
