In celebration of the successful launch of London in Upland, we are excited to announce the addition of London Map Assets. These Map Assets are designed to add posh British vibes to your properties and feature the theme of King's Guards Chess Pieces.
Starting today, there are 14 London Map Asset Chess Piece designs currently in production at the newly established Upland Bureau Factory. These Map Assets will be available for purchase at any of the five newly opened Upland Bureau Showroom locations throughout Upland, as they come off the production line.
To add to the excitement, we will be holding a London Map Asset giveaway where players will have the opportunity to win Rare Chess Pieces! Be sure to check out all the details below and get ready to turn your Upland Property into a chess board!
There are 14 designs for London Map Assets, featuring the theme of King's Guard Chess Pieces, are currently in production and will soon be available at a nearby Upland Bureau Showroom. These designs include Pawns, Rooks, Knights, Bishops, Queens, and Kings, and will be offered in black and white colorways. After manufacturing, the London Map Assets will be shipped to the four Upland Bureau Showrooms in batches where they will be available for purchase in UPX.

To get London Map Assets, players will need to travel to one of the Upland Bureau Showrooms. Map assets are constantly being manufactured at the Upland Bureau Factory. Once the items are manufactured, they will be sent to one of the Upland Bureau Showrooms in batches.

Purchasing is on a first-come, first-serve basis. With the limited quantities for some items, players should be ready to trade and swap at a Showroom!

If you’re looking to get your hands on a Rare London Map Asset Chess Pieces, then you don’t want to miss out on the London Map Asset Giveaway. Throughout the giveaway, there will be two drawing periods approximately 2 weeks apart. Players can earn entries by visiting an Upland Bureau Showroom or by owning London Map Assets. Refer to the sections below to learn how you can maximize your entries into the giveaway.

Giveaway Period #1 Starts: Tuesday, May 2 at 9 AM PT
Giveaway Period #1 Ends: Friday, May 19 at 9 AM PT
Giveaway Period #2 Starts: Friday, May 19 at 9 AM PT
Giveaway Period #2 Ends: Friday, June 2 at 9 AM PT
Shortly after each giveaway period, there will be a drawing where 32 players will win a Rare London Map Asset Chess Piece. The Upland Team will randomly select the winners from the pool of giveaway entries. This means over the course of two giveaway periods, we will be giving away a total of 64 Rare London Map Asset Chess Pieces. Below are the totals of each Rare Chess Piece that will be given away:

Starting on Tuesday, May 2 at 9 AM PT, players can earn entries into the London Map Asset Giveaway by sending their Block Explorer to any of the listed Upland Bureau Showrooms and owning a specific number of London Map Assets. Check out the details below on how to earn as many entries as possible.
Important Note: Players must own Chess Pieces at the time of each drawing; May 19 at 9 AM and June 2nd at 9 AM respectively. This means if you purchase these map assets and trade them away by the time of the drawing, you will not be eligible.
