Well, the opportunity you've been waiting for is finally here!  We’re excited to announce that applications are now open at operational City Halls in Upland for players interested in running their own Racing Legit Shops. This new addition to the Metaventure shop lineup allows players to sell their Stock Car Pro Series Legits.

We can’t wait to see Uplanders launch their own Racing Legit Shops to showcase and sell their collections of Stock Car Pro Series Legits. Keep reading to learn more about the Racing Legit Shop's application process.

Racing Legit Shop Application Details 

To qualify for a Racing Legit Shop, players must meet all the requirements in the section below at the time of submitting their application. The Upland Team will carefully review all applications and notify applicants via email about their approval status within 1-2 weeks of submitting applications.

If one or more requirements are not met, the applicant will be notified via email explaining the reason. Players may reapply after being notified if they correct the necessary details and as long as they meet all requirements. It's important to note that submitting multiple applications does not guarantee that all of them will be reviewed simultaneously or that multiple shops will be launched together.

Before proceeding with your application, we strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing all the requirements listed below to ensure you qualify.

Racing Legit Shop Application Requirements

• The applicant must complete KYC identity verification before submitting their application.
• The applicant status must be an Uplander or above. 
• The applicant cannot be in Alcatraz. 
• The Racing Legit Shop name submitted in the application must not contain any hate speech, violence, aggression, profanity, or derogatory/inappropriate text. The Racing Legit Shop name also cannot feature the word “Upland” or any other IP. Additionally, the name must be unique from all other Metaventures of the same type (i.e. You can have a Block Explorer Shop named ‘123 Shop’ and a Racing Legit Shop named ‘123 Shop’, but not two Block Explorer Shops named ‘123 Shop’)
• The applicant must be willing to begin paying monthly Venture Dues (Upland’s dynamic model of operating fees) beginning the first week of the month following being launched.
• The applicant must have a fully constructed building on the desired property for the location of the Racing Legit Shop at the time of submitting the application. The following types of buildings are ineligible for this shop type: factories, showrooms, landmarks, and micro houses. 
• The property designated for the Racing Legit Shop cannot be listed on any other Metaventure Application and must not be listed for sale or in any offers.
• The property designated for the Racing Legit Shop cannot be set as a Home Address.
• The applicant must own a minimum of 10 Stock Car Pro Series Legits.

How to Apply for a Racing Legit Shop

To apply for a Racing Legit Shop, players will need to send their Block Explorer to the neighborhood City Hall in the same city they wish to have their shop and submit their application with background images. However, it's important to note that players can only apply for a Racing Legit Shop in cities with active City Halls. If a city does not have a City Hall or if the City Hall is under construction, players will have to wait until it is ready and operational before submitting Racing Legit Shop or any other Metaventure applications.
