Additional Collections for the areas near Porto will be revealed on Monday, September 19 at 8 AM PT. As with other releases, the process of revealing Collections is outlined below:

• Right before the announcement, we will lock any unminted properties that are part of collections.
• ‍We will then reveal the collection and the collection key (allowing players to confirm the collection on the blockchain).
• Unminted properties that match the announced collections, will then be repriced based on the collection level they match. 
• An hour after the announcement, the unminted properties will be unlocked again for minting.

As a precaution, make sure to double-check your marketplace properties before the announcement to ensure you don’t sell them below collection-modified value. It may be safer to temporarily remove them from the marketplace before the announcement is made and the collections are revealed.

With this latest expansion in cities around Porto, we’re adding about 25,000 properties to the existing 35,000 Porto parcels. The new cities added in this Porto expansion will be in the same “bubble” as Porto, allowing players to send between them.

Date of property drop: September 12, 2022 at 8 AM PT

Number of properties: ~25,000

% of FSA properties: ~30% of expansion area

New Landmarks: Casa de Gramido (Locked - TRAVESSA CONVENCAO DE GRAMIDO 41)

A Note on Collections

As with other city releases and property expansions, any properties part of an Ultra Rare Collection will be locked and not available for minting. This time there are 23 properties as part of the Rua de São João Ultra Collection that will be locked. There are also additional collections which will be revealed a week after the expansion.

Porto Travel Guide

Backed by popular demand, we have added a direct plane route between Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (GIG) and Lisbon, Portugal (LIS). This route is available now at the respective international terminals which are noted by a yellow plane icon. Keep in mind that once you land in Lisbon, you will need to take a train to Porto before being able to send your Block Explorer to locations within the Porto region.
