The Hidden Gems: Chicago Challenge is now underway! Check your activity by searching for your Upland Username in the leaderboard below. The leaderboard updates hourly so check back periodically to see how many entries you have earned.

There are still unminted properties in Chicago! Similar to Marble Hill in Manhattan, there are locked properties in Chicago that were previously broken and never released for minting. These Hidden Gems are scattered throughout the Windy City and will be available for minting starting Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT. Additionally, players who participate by minting, sending, or trading in Chicago have the opportunity to win 0.03 Spark and 10,000 UPX by completing activities in Chicago!

 

Unlocking Properties

Previously locked properties in Chicago will be released on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT. There are over 27,000 properties available, with many in Collections, so don’t miss this opportunity to mint a desirable Chicago property. These properties have been repriced according to market prices, meaning their mint values and earnings are increased. As these properties may be hard to find in the Chicago area, we have provided a full list of properties below so you can plan your strategy accordingly.

The Hidden Gems: Chicago Challenge

Each day, players can earn entries into the giveaway by completing specific activities in Chicago. Complete these activities each day during the Challenge to improve your chances of winning!

• Start Time: Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT
• End Time: Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT

 

Earning Entries

There are four activities to complete during the challenge and each grants the player a certain number of entries in the giveaway for 0.03 Spark and 10,000 UPX. While there is a maximum amount of entries that can be earned each day, the counter resets every 24 hours and additional activity will be rewarded with more entries. Players can earn a total of 165 entries for the Hidden Gems: Chicago Challenge by completing the actions listed below:

 

Sends

• Each Send used earns 1 entry, up to a maximum of 3 entries per day.
• Total maximum entries from Sends: 15 Entries

Property Mints

• Each Property Minted earns 5 entries, up to a maximum of 10 entries per day.
• Total maximum entries from Mints: 50 Entries

Property Sales

• Each Property Sold earns 5 entries, up to a maximum of 10 entries per day.
• Total maximum entries from Property Sale: 50 Entries

Property Purchases

• Each Property Purchased earns 5 entries, up to a maximum of 10 entries per day.
• Total maximum entries from Property Purchases: 50 Entries

 

Note: Each “day” resets at 9:00 AM PT. To earn the maximum number of entries, players should look to complete the necessary actions every 24 hours starting on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 at 9:00 AM PT.

Upon completion of the Hidden Gems: Chicago Challenge, 200 lucky participants will be drawn to win the 0.03 Spark and 10,000 UPX! Earn as many entries as possible to increase your chances of winning!
