But, with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022^TM experiences about to launch in the Upland metaverse, this is the perfect opportunity for new players to join! And we thought it would be fun to get our existing players in on this new chapter of Upland with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022^TM Referral Challenge.

Running Friday November 11 at 9:00 AM PT through Friday, November 18 at 9:00 AM PT, this challenge will reward the top 100 players on the leaderboard with UPX and Spark! Also, players that give out a referral code and new players using a referral code have a chance to earn bonus Spark and win the “FIFA World Cup^TM Upland Crest” Block Explorer!

FIFA Referral Challenge Details

Challenge starts: Friday, November 11 at 9:00 AM PT

Challenge ends: Friday, November 18 at 9:00 AM PT

To participate in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022^TM Referral Challenge, players need to send the referral link accessed in their Profile to (potential) new players. To have that new player count toward your ranking on the the challenge leaderboard, the new player must reach Uplander status by November 18 at 9:00 AM PT when the challenge ends.

Challenge Rewards

The leaderboard only scores new players who reach Uplander status. At the end of the challenge, the top 100 players on the leaderboard will receive UPX and Spark rewards. Check out the chart below for exact UPX and Spark rewards.

Note: Both players must be KYC’d to be eligible for rewards.

As a special bonus to new and existing players taking part in the challenge, if a new player completes KYC identity verification during the challenge, both the player who gave out the referral code and the new player both receive a Spark bonus!

• Player who gave out the referral code receives .01 Spark
• The new player who completed KYC receives .02 Spark

This is a fantastic bonus for all players, and especially those just starting out as they’ll have Spark for building a residential structure on their property or staking on other projects!

• Each time a player joins via a referral code, both the referee and the referral will gain 1 entry for a Block Explorer.

• Existing Players = 1 Entry per Referral
• New Players = 1 Entry after Signup and Level-up to Uplander
