Collections

Collections are the strategic engine behind property trading. They reward you for completing themed sets: three properties on the same street, five in the same city, properties near landmarks.

Rewards

• One-time UPX bonus when you complete the collection.
• Permanent yield multiplier on those properties for as long as you own them.

Rarity tiers

• Standard — common, easy to complete.
• Limited — rarer, larger bonus.
• Exclusive — premium properties, premium reward.
• Rare — substantial multiplier.
• Ultra-Rare — top-tier prestige and yield.

Browse the collections panel in-game before buying — a property that completes one of your in-progress collections is almost always worth more to you than a one-off.
